Comfortable, affordable beachfront home! This three bedroom vacation home is ideal for couples, adults, or families vacationing together with a king size master bedroom, a queen bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. Additional sleeping accommodations are also available in the form of a queen sleeper sofa and queen futon. The galley style kitchen means the cooks won’t miss out on any of the fun and there is great serving space. Plenty of seating can be found in the open living/dining area so meals together are easy – a good excuse to indulge in some Gulf seafood! When you are ready to enjoy the outdoors there is a partially covered deck with outdoor furniture or, if you’re ready to hunt for seashells in the surf, the beach is mere steps away!

Sand `N Sea Properties offers vacation rentals on West Galveston Island - beachfront, canal and bay front homes - as well as real estate sales in Galveston’s Historic Districts, on the beach and everywhere in-between.

NOTE: Internet Access/Cable/Dish/Telephone service can be unreliable on West Galveston Island. We apologize, but Sand ‘N Sea cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

There was no dune walkover but quickly made friends with neighbors (also renting) and used their walkover. Although not initially visible, this property has a nice strong shower downstairs with hot/cold water (not inclosed).
