The master suite is found on the upper level and its private balcony is the perfect place to start your morning or end your day with a cool beverage while listening to the waves roll in. When you are ready to relax in the sunshine, enjoy lounging on the deck or on the beach –it’s only steps away!

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

The house was wonderful!!! Access to the beach was perfect!!! Just needed a picnic table or something like that for outside.

This was our fourth year in a row to rent from Sand n Sea. The staff has always been great and we will be coming back next year probably to this house. This house has a very nice layout and the bathrooms and kitchen are a good size.

Bring your own beach canopy, barbecue pit, knives, family sized salad bowl, plastic cups for kids, pillows, an extra blanket or two, and some bedside reading lights. Good peaceful location with a gentle stretch of beach. Lovely to sit on the deck after the sun is nearly down. No internet.

Great house! Really enjoyed our stay, but make sure you bring extra outdoor chairs; some of the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced (some of the chairs are rusted out). --Message from Manager-- The salt air is tough on deck furniture! We try to keep up with replacements, but please call the office when you need more. We'll be happy to bring it to you!
