Spacious beachside retreat perfect for multiple families! Accommodations at this Galveston vacation home include two queen bedrooms, a king master suite, a two bunk bed room, and the loft area includes a full size futon. The kids will love being able to retreat to the loft to watch movies, play board games, or listen to their iPods. Meanwhile, the adults will be happy to enjoy their own movie or conversation in the large living room. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for food prep or serving and there is ample room for diners at the dining table or bar seating. You won’t want to spend much time indoors when there is great covered and uncovered deck space just outside; enjoy sunbathing, snacking, or a cool beverage. When you are ready to get some sand between your toes, the beach is only two blocks away!

Sand `N Sea Properties offers vacation rentals on West Galveston Island - beachfront, canal and bay front homes - as well as real estate sales in Galveston’s Historic Districts, on the beach and everywhere in-between.

NOTE: Internet Access/Cable/Dish/Telephone service can be unreliable on West Galveston Island. We apologize, but Sand ‘N Sea cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Clean and well maintained. Not very far from the beach at all. We had three toddlers who did fine with the walk!

We loved renting this house!! It was very clean and everything that we needed was there for us. It was not on the beach, but we rented a golf cart and that worked out great! Beautiful home!! We loved the home more than the beach...lots of seaweed!! :(

A very tasteful and attractive property that is well maintained with a well-equipped kitchen,large pantry and laundryroom, and a great view and access to the beach for adults and children.

The loft that is advertised is really just a small upstairs living room with two foutons in it. It is not seperated from the upstairs and has no privacy. There is no internet access on the property or radio/speaker system provided.
