The adjacent dining area features a table that seats six and serving is made easy with an open pass through from the kitchen which allows the cook plenty of opportunity to socialize as well. For sleeping accommodations you can choose from the king master bedroom, a queen bedroom, or a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. All are cleanly furnished with space for you and your guests to relax privately. Ready to spend some time outdoors? Enjoy your meals in the comfort of the covered and screened-in porch just off the living room or take advantage of the spacious deck that easily accommodates sunbathers and birdwatchers alike. When you're ready to feel some sand beneath your feet, just make the short walk through the neighborhood to the beach!

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Wade Family; The Woodlands, TX 08/31/2011 We loved our family vacation at 3 Gulls. The house is very clean and has just about anything you may want or need. The beach was perfect, a very short walk and very clean. The kids loved the bunk room with their own big TV. The house is small, but just perfect for our family and we loved it that way. We would definitely rent it again.
Heather - Flower Mound, TX 08/17/2011 We loved our visit. We had 2 moms and 6 kids (age 3 - 8). The house was perfect. We were able to cook every night...nothing fancy, but family friendly food. The kitchen came with pots, pans and utensils. The kids loved the 4 bunks. We walked to the beach every day. We learned after a couple of days that we could leave all our beach toys on the beach overnight and they were safe. The kids showered outside when we came home from the beach. We were also able to do laundry as needed. The pictures online were very accurate to what we had.
