Pet friendly and beachside, this recently renovated Galveston vacation home has updated carpet, paint and a new air conditioning unit to keep you cool on those hot beach days. The ground level offers a sitting area for relaxing at the family barbecue. The space is completed by an incredible beach mural created by one of Avalon's owners and an enclosed outdoor shower. The open floor plan, vaulted ceiling and pitched windows contribute to the bright and airy feeling on the main level. The three bedrooms offer TV/DVD combos with Direct TV plus there's a Playstation 2 for the kids! There is plenty of room for everyone at meal time with a dining table that seats 10 and four seats at the kitchen island. Anyone who loves electronics will certainly appreciate the 57" high definition TV, Yamaha A/V Surround Sound Receiver, Cambridge Soundworks speakers and XM Satellite Radio. The owners of this home continue to provide you with the latest technology with the recent installation of AT&T's Uverse fiber optic cable which provides 260 televison channels plus excellent wireless high speed internet access for all your electronic devices. For those more interested in fun outdoors the large deck provides plenty of space for everyone and you're only one block from the beach!

At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Hollings Family, Fresno, TX 11/28/2011 After staying in Avalon, we are now SERIOUSLY considering purchasing a beach home as investment property (as well as a vacation home). Pirates Beach was gorgeous; the people were friendly; we didn't want to leave!! You will NOT regret staying in this spacious home (and it certainly feels like a home instead of a just another house). Sand n' Sea made check-in a breeze (it literally took less than 5 minutes to check-in). We had a wonderful Thanksgiving family vacation!!

Matulnes and Baumann Family - Texas and Oklahoma 07/26/2011 Great location for this property, corner lot. Can see and hear the beach from the deck. Short walk to the beach. Really nice neighborhood. This property had plenty of room for the family. The main issue we had was the A/C unit could not cool the home down. Sand and Sea was great in responding to the A/C unit and the washing machine issue in a timely manner.
The Henkes Family, Bedford , Tx 07/21/2011 Great property! Loved the covered upstairs deck. With 3 small kids, the short walk to the beach was perfect. We also felt very safe and comfortable leaving fishing gear, beach chairs and toys all outside on groundfloor carport.
