Large three bedroom beachfront in Playa San Luis! This beautiful vacation home includes an open floor plan with a wall of windows that provides outstanding views of the Gulf of Mexico. Contemporary furnishings and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the main level create a cool, comfortable place for everyone to relax. Perfect for couples or families vacationing together, there are two bedrooms on the main level (a king and one with two queens) and a master suite on the upper level. The luxurious master bedroom features two oversized chairs flanking the fireplace as well as a private balcony ï¿½ great for quiet morning coffees or sunset drinks. When you are ready for the outdoors, you can enjoy the beach scenery from the large deck facing the Gulf ï¿½ great for dining al fresco! Looking for some time in the water? The beach is just a few steps away!

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Very nice house, very spacious inside, lots of deck space including 2 covered portions. Ideally set up for families with adult children or couples (every bed = queen or larger). A long ways from any store.... but very quiet, virtually deserted on the beach.
