NOTE: There is beach access parking available in front and to the side of Leisure Time.

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Chaney family; Frisco, Texas 04/14/2012 I would recommend this house for off season and weekdays. The beach traffic on weekends or holidays is crazy busy. The police did a very good job keeping it under control on Easter Sunday.
