Easily accommodating your group of 14, this traditionally styled beach house has open floor plans, high ceilings, and plenty of windows to enjoy the amazing Gulf view. Enjoy a leisurely day inside on the updated living room furniture or sunbathe on the deck with a cool beverage. After a long day at the beach you can rest your head in one of the three main level bedrooms – a queen, a king, or the king master suite. Additional accommodations are found up the spiral staircase in the open loft in the form of a twin bed, full size futon or queen bed. There is also a separate room with a bunk bed and twin bed that’s great for kids with early bed times. Ready for more sun and surf? Just walk a few steps to take full advantage of your prime beachfront location!

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Mallory Family, Missouri City, Texas 04/10/2012 This property was very functional with a beautiful unobstructed view in all directions from the deck. Kids loved the loft. Although there is not a concrete slab underneath the house, there is a long wooden walkway under the house with a convenient waterhose beside it which was great for rinsing feet, beach toys, chairs, etc. We would definately stay here again. Such a comfortable house.
Clinton family 02/29/2012 Great location! You couldn't get any closer to the water, house is literally on the beach!! Went with our two teens, their two friends, my sister and her two kids and my parents. Kids loved the loft area. Grown ups all had our own bedroom. Draw backs- only two bathrooms and house needs to be updated badly. All in all, we all had a wonderful time.

It was perfect for the kids to hang out up there and play and let the adults have the first floor. We loved the huge porch and spent alot of time out there and on the beach. We would stay here again!
V Hilburn, Houston, Tx 09/22/2011 I rented the house for our family to celebrate our Mom's 80th birthday and everyone had a wonderful time. The house could use a little updating and the area under the house and leading to the beach needs some TLC, but overall, it was a very nice house.
