Thank you so much to Allison, Tuesday and Kim - to each of you for your part in setting up my reservation, checking on me and my group of girlfriends while we were there this weekend to talking with me when I checked out. This was the second stay with Sand-n-Sea and I hope to return many times more. Again, thank you for really enjoying your jobs so much that it comes across in your service.

Everyone at the rental desk were so friendly and helpful from the time we checked in until when we checked out. We would definitely use Sand and Sea again . We plan to again next year and possibly during the year if we can all get time from work.

We loved our visit. We had 2 moms and 6 kids (age 3 - 8). The house was perfect. We were able to cook every night...nothing fancy, but family friendly food. The kitchen came with pots, pans and utensils. The kids loved the 4 bunks. We walked to the beach every day. We learned after a couple of days that we could leave all our beach toys on the beach overnight and they were safe. The kids showered outside when we came home from the beach. We were also able to do laundry as needed. The pictures online were very accurate to what we had.

The service was great. We had a trash issue that was fixed immediately. Also we had an issue with a bunk bed where the screws came loose during the night and the bed shifted. I called next morning and this was fixed that afternoon. Great service!!

This is a great family house, great view and location, very clean beach the best of all the houses and locations we have had on the Island before. Sand-N-Sea is by far the very best Rental Agency to book your vacation rentals, very friendly and professional personnel and the quickest and most efficient way to enjoy your family vacation!

Our family has rented different beach houses for many years in Galveston, Bolivar and then the last 2 years at Surfside after Ike, since the grandkids were 2 and are now 15. This past week has been one of the best. Loved the house,view was great, comfortable, beachy feeling and great weather. Can't say enough about everything.

A wonderful vacation place for our family with a beautiful view and very short walk to the beach. Kim, at Sand 'N Sea saved our vacation for us when we couldn't stay at our original destination. She found something much better for us. All of the staff were so nice and helpful to us. Sand 'N Sea is the best!!!! Thank You!!!

We just returned home from a wonderful week in Galveston! Sand'N Sea vacation rentals made our vacation accommodation delightful! We were treated very professionally and warmly. They notified of us of the status of our check-in time (which was four hours early!), checked us in in a friendly and informative fashion and called us the day after check-in to make sure our rental met all of our needs. We will ONLY use Sand'N Sea rentals for our future trips to Galveston (which we are planning in the Fall). Thank you Sand'N Sea for making our vacation relaxing and one we will never forget!
LEEWARD RETREAT

One of the very few properties w/5 bedrooms which is why we chose it. Beautiful house right on the beach and the 2 decks w/one covered below were fabulous and perfect for a large group (we had 12 people)! The home is perfect for a large group, and the 5 kids loved their room to themselves - and having a TV in that room was a great idea - many movies were watched every morning before heading to the beach. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely and we all agreed that the house was the a huge reason as to why the week went so smoothly. Also have to give kudos for the excellent kitchen appliances which for a large group really made it convenient. The huge kitchen island w/the built in grill was perfect for us and we spent many hours gathered around it eating and just socializing. We are really hoping to come back to the Leeward Retreat next year - the whole family was really happy with the house and felt that we had a really special experience as a family there!

PERFECT! The size, the location, the view, EVERYTHING was simply PERFECT! Having never rented a vaction property agents, we were at the mercy of the rental agents. Allison, April, Tuesday and Kim (the only ones we had contact with) were PERFECT! Definitely exceeded our expectations!
THE MARINER

We typically rent homes on the beach side so this was our first experience on the bayside on a canal and I must say I don't think we will be renting beach side anymore! The beach is so close that if you choose you can go and spend a few hours there and then come back home and enjoy the canal...swimming, fishing, etc. We had an amazing time at The Mariner and we are planning on making this an annual trip, all of our guests enjoyed their stay and were very pleased with the property.
